However, the toilet lid was broken and couldn't be fixed despite the front desk was informed. As compensation, I was offered complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of food and drink options.」

「The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan. The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. 」

「Die Unterkunft war gut das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man allerdings beim Frühstück jeden Morgen sehr lange ansteht macht das den guten Eindruck kaputt. Das Problem hierbei war der Kaffeevollautomat der am Ende des gesamten Buffet stand und damit für lange Wartezeiten sorgte.」
