“Excellent ”

“I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed ”

“Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. ”

“I had the Tiny single room and it was great. Only complaint was the weight scale dint work but I was surprised it had one. ”

“Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations.”

“Magnifique expérience ! L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon. Je recommande fortement cette établissement personés qui aime la découverte et bien sur au couple qui veullent……

“分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 ”

“This hotel has no pool? or spa? not a 24-hour reception, the door into the property didn't work you had to force it open by hand, it doesnt have 3 restaurants, breakfast was supposed to be included, I had to pay for it?, Worse of all, my toilet didn't flush, which was extremely embarrassing. The hotel is in a good location, the picture shows a barista, not true, very disappointed”
