The walls let in constant noise from pipes, doors, and passing conversations. The lobby, open to the public as a makeshift lounge, was crowded and loud, leaving no peaceful corner for guests to rest. Breakfast was the final let‑down—barely more than eggs, with few pastries and no fruit variety. The menu listed muffins, but staff claimed they cost extra. Tables were sticky and uncleared. For a hotel that calls itself sustainable, the practice of using disposable bathroom cups and motion‑sensor lights that switch off mid‑shower felt stingy instead."
