「Perfect stay. Staff were delightful. Only 2 things I think could be improved are size/amount of lifts and soft closing room doors, as not only can you hear other people while in your room, but every time the door closes when your trying to sleep it wakes you up (Which I understand is most hotels to be fair) Food in restaurant was the best in the resort/park that we experienced. Absolutely loved it there and will definitely return! Oh and also put the price on the bottle of waters on the table...

「Some initial problems (a poorly designed email that displayed white text on a white background) that contained critical Information that we needed to pre-book bedding and towels if we wanted them left to a frustrating first night (as we arrived at 10pm after the reception was closed). 「Der Aufenthalt war fabelhaft. Unser Bungalow für 4 Personen war super modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Hund durfte auch mit rein, was will man mehr. Unterm Strich: Super Lage, sehr sehr sauber, Hunde- und Kinderfreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!」

「Unterkunft entsprach nicht der gebuchten Variante. Wir hatten uns für eine Variante mit Hochstühlen & schwarzer Küche ausgesucht. Ist zwar nur das Interieur, aber genauso haben wir gebucht. Bekommen haben wir einen normalen Esstisch mit Stühlen & weiße Küche. Auch die Sessel waren nicht wie angepriesen. 「Lovely setting and place to stay.But. We needed to change our booking by extending it. I sent a message through the VRBO app to the host and didn't get a reply. To cut a long story short I sent several messages over several days until I had to speak with someone at VRBO as the actual park wouldn't help. Very long winded and time consuming.The place was nice but only clean on the surface. The floors hadn't been cleaned, bits everywhere. The rug was full of sand. The bathroom floor was very dusty....
