Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Lovely place, there were quite a few breakable objects in the house and very steep steps to main bedroom so not ideal for small children. It felt a bit unkept with cobwebs and crumbs on the floor. We still enjoyed our stay and would still recommend. "
