"Noch freundlicher als auf den Fotos hat uns diese Wohneinheit begrüßt. Auf drei Ebenen verteilt, gibt es genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Durch die vorhandenen 2 Bäder entsteht kein Stau und rasch sind alle fertig um an den Strand zu fahren. Im eingezäunten Garten hat auch unser Hund sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz ist vor der Türe und der Munkmarscher Strand (100 m) auch. Der Lärm durch die vorbeiführende Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank den Gastgebern!"

"Really lovely hotel very near the beach and bus stop- we were travelling by public transport. We were given beach access tickets by the hotel as part of the deal which was fab. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in the room, coffee making facilities etc, and extra in the foyer. Lots of cushions!! Checking in time a little restrictive; we just got there by 18.00h and managed to phone for access codes in time. I hadn’t received the text informing us of access codes by that time. "

"Nice room and facility. Breakfast was very good."

"The room decor is old and needs updating, the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. The swimming pool photos looked luxurious but reality more like public swimming pool, the indoor hot tub was lukewarm. At check out (10am) there was a long queue and only 1 employee on duty, we waited 25 mins only to hand the keys and bath cards over (had asked if we needed to queue and was told yes, but in fact not really necessary). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t book breakfast because it was too expensive (€88 for our family per day)."

"The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before."
