「De la réservation, à l’accueille téléphonique et physique tout c’est très bien déroulé . Les explications était clair. Seul petit bémol stationnement payant et mur de l’hôtel pas très épais on entend ces compagnons d’hôtels facilement En ce qui concerne le service ménage , rien à dire tout était propre cependant je me permettrais de dire (en mon cas sa ne m’as pas si déranger que sa enfin ce faire réveiller car on rentre alors que j’ai répondu occupé .. mais j’étais seule heureusement ) mais...

「L'hébergement correspondait à ce qui était proposé. Il faut savoir utiliser une boîte à clés, savoir scanner un code Wifi, avoir un abonnement de télévision. Les fenêtres du WC et de la salle de bains devraient être opacifiées.」

「Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.」

「A unique and lovely property in Colmar. The staff was warm and helpful and the property is in a very historic landmark. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated.」
