「Denisa was a wonderful receptionist, so helpful and caring. Hotel is clean, only thing we did not like at the restaurant was for dinner we were served meatballs which we did not ask for and we really couldn't eat since my daughter does not eat meat, but we still got charged for it. Just check your receipt, other than that it is an awesome place to stay.」

「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「Lækkert moderne og pænt nyt hotel. Pæne værelser. God service og mad. Vi kørte lidt rundt og oplevede området. Fx Madonna del Sasso og spiste på Ristorante Al Grottino. Flot tur med smuk udsigt og hyggeligt spisested. Eneste lille minus var at der var mindre støj fra “byggeri”. Vi kommer gerne igen. 」

「Hotel has a peaceful and beautiful lakeside property with direct access to Maggiore. It is generally very quiet and serene, but sometimes the loud motorcycles and cars can be heard well during the night. Other than that everything was good. I also highly recommend having your own car in the region for movement around the lake and surrounding regions. 」
