70 meters from the beach.
The property consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
Large front and back veranda overlooking the garden with barbecue.
Parking in front of the house in a private condominium.
70 meters from the house you can reach the Il Ginepro kiosk bar; 100 meters from the house it is possible to reach a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pastry shop, fish shop, local market on Thursday and Saturday.
A few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias, and the beaches of the splendid Villasimius.
A 50 minute drive away you can visit the capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, with its historic centre, the bastion and the large Roman amphitheatre.

Villetta con giardino e patio in cui mangiare, davvero a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia. Dotazioni ottime per una famiglia: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, lenzuola, asciugamani, saponi, doccia esterna per non portare sabbia all'interno della casa. Tutto molto ordinato e pulito.
