“Avoid this place - customer complaint ongoing but you need to be aware of the following - 4 air con units in villa but electrics trip if any more than 2 on so can't actually have three bedrooms being used at one time if you want the air con running in them all. Complained to owner and told first time - no way ! Other issues as lots of things broken/ not fixed as rude owner ignored us all week. Pool leaks so you have to put hose in to keep filling up! You can't use the drive to park in as gate……

“The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared……

“La casa es muy acogedora y con una distribución que hace la estancia muy agradable y cómoda, perfectamente equipada. El entorno es precioso y tranquilo. Y Xisco encantador, nos ayudó con todo, siempre disponible y simpático. Un bello lugar. ”

“Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gross und sauber. Cons: Das WLAN könnte etwas stärker sein, damit man draußen auch Empfang hat. Aber im Urlaub auch kein Beinbruch.”

“Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken……

“Positiv war insbesondere der Check-in der bereits vorab online durchgeführt wurde und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings an zwei Tagen Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück im Gange, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Man wundert sich schon wenn plötzlich ein fremder auf dem Hof steht und „Krach“ macht. ”
