“I rented the room for my neighbors as an anniversary present. The room they got was not the room they wanted nor the room I thought I was renting, based on the website. My neighbors enjoyed their stay but is was disappointing to rent a room that was different than what they wanted and what the website showed . The room was supposed to have a jetted tub in their room, not a hot tub outside. ”

“First time staying at this hotel and in Ponderay. Very nice hotel and the front desk staff was really nice and friendly. Great location and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. “This place is very good. You should stay here. It's simple and straightforward, but you can tell that the owners/operators truly care and have sweated the details. This is a place where they can proudly invite their friends and family to stay.
