We actually cried leaving the beach and condo#107.The only issue was the dishwasher was messed up and the dresser in the masterbedroom was VERY hard to open. Other than that it was amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is second time I’ve typed this up and lost it. Very annoying Had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Beach House at Garden City. Good weather and plenty of good food. Only bad thing was the toaster did not work. I had brought my 87 year old mother and she don’t do breakfast without toast. The dishwasher would not turn on like the instructions saud. We hand washed all dishes until we left but could not get it to work for last load. I saw a roach in hall bath and could not catch it. Came home worried I brought it back with me. But every thing else went well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden city realty was very easy to work with! We enjoyed the condo and loved the decor. Some people complained about the master bed but I think they have a nee topper on it and it was quite comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is getting a sofa bed in the living room so more could enjoy the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week staying in 107. This is our second year. The only complaint I have is the linen package that is listed “included”. There were 2 of us and 4 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. I don’t go on vacation to do laundry. Plus the towels were navy in color so they can’t be sanitized and the bath towels had a sour smell. Last year the linens were white and shrink wrapped. Felt more sterile Will carry my own linens next time.

Don't agree with the one car parking when we shop and keep things in the car because the condo is kind of small to put purchase's in while staying there. 107 was a real nice place was pretty clean except for the candy wrappers under every bed in the place so that makes us think they don't swept the floors like they should. Other than that we had a good time. Not sure where next year will be .

Right in the heart of all things beachy with restaurants, shops and the pier within a 5-10 minute drive. Lovely, updated kitchen, flooring & bathrooms. We had a few issues upon arriving which were fixed within a few days (weekend arrival) Other issues arose but after speaking with Garden City Realty, they were understanding & are making it right. GCR is a top notch business to find a the perfect place to rent for your vacation needs! To the condo owner: Though I love all the costal decor, less is more ~ guests need a place to store day to day things (bathroom) Also, too many glasses/bowls/cooking utensils in drawers/cabinets ~ guest need a place to store non refrigerated food. Updated info signs & local restaurant menus needed as well as a better set of instructions for the cable. Finally: several comments posted here to change the mattress in Master bedroom: Agreeing with that and for the two twin beds too. Way too soft.All in all, the view was magnificent with the sunrise every morning from the deck on the provided chairs. Peaceful. It truly is the perfect location! We’ll be back!

Reviewer Comments: Loved staying at BH 107 always hard to leave but went from a week to fortunately being able to extend for another week 👍 So comfortable and the perfect location, I have stayed in a few other units at BH since August 2022 and by far this is my favorite already have it on lock down for two weeks in May and June, super excited!! In some previous reviews I do agree that a simple purchase of a new mattress for master bedroom is definitely a must but beyond that it’s great!! I look forward to booking it again in August/ September 😍☀️🌸

The condo was clean and comfortable and we loved having a washer/dryer on premise. The beach was wonderful, and clean which was a positive because the pool was closed due to maintenance. Garden City Reality did give us a refund for the inconvenience of the pool closure, thank you. Overall the experience at unit 107 was wonderful and restful. This room was fabulous except for spiders in the room near the beach. They were coming in around the door leading out side so we sprayed hairspray and killed the ones we could. Unit 107 is definitely one of our favorites. We have used Garden City Realty’s services several times, and have always been pleased with their service. Their customer service reps are kind, helpful and respectful, and their housekeeping services have been fairly decent most times. The hallways, and doors of the exterior building definitely do need a facelift, as they are looking quite worn.

Weather was not as warm and dry as it could have been but better than the snow and ice storms that were going on up north!!
