Wonderful house and Amenities in Oceanside Village

Great house with plenty of comfortable beds and 2 kitchens and dining areas. Great to have use of 2 battery charged golf carts and all the pools and recreation areas at Oceanside Village. House very close to beach and pier. Super week with our extended family.

Great Stay

Dorothy was a great host! She answered any questions we had before and during our stay. The home was clean, beds comfy and stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook, grill bake etc.We love staying in Oceanside Village. This is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in there. Close to beach and pool and the golf carts made it so easy.

Oceanside Village

Beautiful home with lots of space. Great for family and our doggie. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts to ride around the neighborhood and drive to the beach. There’s private golf cart parking at beach access.Oceanside Village is a beautiful quiet community with a lot of amenities. Our dog Hank loved the dog park each day. My 9 month nephew Wells loved the splash park and pool. Our family loved this place and We thank Mrs Dorothy for our 8 day stay.

Awesome family beach trip!

The property was just as listed with the use I two golf carts. The downstairs apartment stays super cool! Plenty of chairs for us to use! We didn't need umbrellas or any beach towels but I did see a basket with a few towels in it and two umbrellas. The owner is very nice and willing to fix any issues ASAP. We had a little hiccup with one golf cart but was an easy fix!! This house is also close to the end of the road so traffic is minimal to none! We had a great time!!

Get away near the beach

If you are looking for a luxurious stay, keep looking. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with lots of room in a gated community this place is for you! The property manager was easy to communicate with and deployed maintenance when we experienced problems early in our stay. The golf carts were nice as it’s a bit of a walk to the pool and beach. The property does match the photos but has worn from use since they were taken. Furniture is randomly placed outdoors along with beach items. We did not used the outdoor grill because it was very dirty. It would be helpful to have a floor plan that accurately reflects the small bedroom off the master and off the kitchen. We did not use the bedroom off the master which could be accessed through the master or the screened porch. We were underwhelmed by the basic amenities of the units (up and downstairs). With the exception of bath linens, a general inventory assessment is recommended. We stayed for 10 days and would’ve liked to have extra linens for beds and cleaning supplies stocked, access to vacuum (similar to other reviews we swept a lot as it is challenging to keep up with sand due to location ) The listing states beach towels but only two were found. Glad we did bring our own. Due to location and property manager responsiveness we would stay again if property and inventory were refreshed.

The property was conveniently close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Amenities included golf carts, community pools and hot tub. The property has separate entrances for the downstairs, one bedroom “apartment” and upstairs remainder of house. Works well for adult guests. One of the smaller bedrooms upstairs can only be accessed through the master or from the outside.The property owner/manager did not enter my rental in the association website in a timely manner. I had to wait in the office for over 30 minutes for her to enter the info provided to her weeks prior before I could get passes for vehicles and proceed to the house.
