Great house, Great weather, Great week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had another great week in the DeBerry House. This is second year in a row we have rented it. Had 8 adults and everyone had plenty of room. We plan to continue renting the DeBerry House every year!

A Home Away from Home- The Deberry Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Deberry House was just what we wanted. The owner had everything that anyone would ever need for a great week at the beach. The covered porches on both sides of the house were absolutely the highlight of the week. We had 3 couples and plenty of room for everyone not to get in one another's way. You got the feel of an old style beach home with all the modern amenities.The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner even called us asking if all was well. We plan to make the Deberry House our annual beach house getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs beautiful with exceptional views. Above average decks and deck furniture. Downstairs needs renovation and not really suitable accomodations. Most kitchen cupboards locked leaving no place for food products. Pots, pans in bad condition and not usable. Were asked to water plants and supervise regular maintenance.
