Summer vacation

We rented this place because of the private pool. What we got was a wonderful home. Spacious and well setup, clean and super quiet. You are only 2 blocks from ocean, which is an easy walk. Kitchen is all setup nice and huge so it makes it easy to cook. Living room is huge also, with the room that is here you can relax with ease. The bedrooms are super nice and roomy with nice bathrooms. The balconies give you nice views and are relaxing. The pool is perfect had troubling getting kids out of it that is how nice it was for us. We will rent here again. Thanks for letting us rent here.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying with Garden City Realty for probably 20 years or more. The gate to the pool was broken when we got there. The price for next year went up over 20% which is just ridiculous and when I asked about it the girl said she didn't do the pricing but didn't get me anyone who could help me. The house needs basic upkeep like painting, etc.

Close to everything on the South end and a short walk from the beach. For those traveling with little ones the pool is perfect for those that like to get in the water and for parents that don't have to worry about others children being crazy around the pool because the parents are not paying attention. You also could cook every meal in house because it is not your typical rental home kitchen and supplies. This was our 4th trip over the last 7 years and it just gets better.
