It had absolutely everything you could need from indoor and outdoor games to crab traps and fishing poles. Even beach chairs and a canopy for the beach. My only wish is that it had a screened in porch because it rained for several days but what an amazing house.

The house was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—even startup toiletries in every bathroom, which was such a nice touch. The kitchen and family area were incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spending time together.The private bedroom and bathroom suite on the lower level was ideal for a bit of quiet and privacy. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach just across the street and a beautiful pool the grandkids loved and covered fishing pier with cleaning station, refrigerator, sink, lots of great seating and fun lighting right in the backyard overlooking the inlet. We enjoyed stunning sunsets every night!!The home was also filled with fun extras—games, books, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. With so many great restaurants and attractions nearby, there was always something to do.To top it all off, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner when he stopped by to say hello—and even brought us a cake! That personal touch truly made our stay feel special.We’re already looking forward to booking again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As there were not many choices available, we were able to secure this home due to a cancelation. It turned out that this property is exactly what we were looking for and more. The distance from the beach and access to the inlet were awesome. The dock area was a delight and was used heavily by out typically anti-beach fishermen! The house, although periodic issues with the AC, was absolutely perfect!!! We were very happy with out stay and the attention the owner's have to detail. Mr. Murray even stopped in to make sure out stay was good. Hats off to the owners of this property and the people at Garden City Realty! I would recommend another refrigerator on the property in the downstairs area to help with ice and additional refreshments.
