Like-new Amenities

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Water's Edge is back with updated pools and hot tubs! After Hurricane Ian in 2022 destroyed the pools and hot tubs, my family stayed somewhere else in 2023 because Water's Edge was not back to fully functioning yet. But this year we came back to the place we have loved and vacationed at since 1986. I am happy to say the pools and hot tubs were once again the best of anywhere in Garden City!

Mixed Bag

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, pool deck layout/cleanliness, on-site security and welcoming management office. The condo, however, needs a little work. AC only kept us at 76 degrees. Dishwasher & dryer doors had to be slammed shut several times to catch or otherwise just opened themselves up at odd times. That said, the condo -- including the balcony -- was uber clean, the bath towels were spa-level plush, and it was over-all well-equipped. The beach is beautifully maintained and manicured each morning. We would come back in a heartbeat if they address the maintenance issues.

Overall, we had a great time and would have no issues with recommending this facility and area to anyone.

Very uncomfortable stay on your property not happy, not good for

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awful, front desk girl was unfriendly, people there was so racist, are apartment was dirty, hair all over to every bed, also shower tubs, dirty dishes, so we move to another place next da, so I lost my money, we was very uncomfortable.
