Family affairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay, very homey, clean and well stocked. We have been coming to Waters Edge for 20+ years and still find it to be one of our favorite vacations. Thank you

Very nice place to stay. Beachside. Close to good food and activities. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The master bedroom mattress was pretty hard. The building needs another set of elevators (only 2 elevators for the whole building.) but other than those couple little things it was a very nice facility.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing, fun. We are fast realizing that Oct rentals are all about construction and repairs to the property. Elevators have always been a problem, in keeping them running, and this year was no different. With that said, rates for October should even be lower if all the repairs are being completed in Oct.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family had a great time. Our two young granddaughters loved the pool and the beach. Amazing view from the oceanfront balcony. Condo 712 was as advertised, well appointed with a consistent beach theme. Updates after Hurricane Ian around the pool area very nice. Beautiful weather. Staff at Waters Edge was very easy to work with, quick and efficient check in and an answered all our questions. We can't wait to return.
