Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family had a great time. Our two young granddaughters loved the pool and the beach. Amazing view from the oceanfront balcony. Condo 712 was as advertised, well appointed with a consistent beach theme. Updates after Hurricane Ian around the pool area very nice. Beautiful weather. Staff at Waters Edge was very easy to work with, quick and efficient check in and an answered all our questions. We can't wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing, fun. We are fast realizing that Oct rentals are all about construction and repairs to the property. Elevators have always been a problem, in keeping them running, and this year was no different. With that said, rates for October should even be lower if all the repairs are being completed in Oct.

Very nice place to stay. Beachside. Close to good food and activities. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The master bedroom mattress was pretty hard. The building needs another set of elevators (only 2 elevators for the whole building.) but other than those couple little things it was a very nice facility.

Location Beach View wonderful All the furniture was great and the decor was just fun and cheerful. Definitely a great family couch and great tv! The beds slept well soft and not too bad being it was not my own bed at home. Kitchen had everything you have at home plus a airfrier. We arrived late and all arranged to get our keys and bands for pool was smooth. The only issue was resolved when the next day. Because it had been vacant for quite a while the deck furniture was dirtttttyyy and they came to clean so all was good. I also find the air handler above the dryer needs more of a regular clean as all the air is pulled thru that area. It was cleaned soon my request. So management was accommodating.
