The community is a quick one-minute walk from public beach access across the street on North Waccamaw Drive. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with Kenmore stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, single-serve Keurig coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (55-inch with Roku in living room, 32-inch Roku smart TVs in bedrooms) Nintendo (living room), DVD Player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen-sized beds, and one twin-over-twin bunk bed with twin-sized trundle, plus one one queen-sized sofa bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
