HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Portofino IV 2018 is a professionally decorated 2150 SF, 5 bedroom 4 bathroom oceanfront home located 1.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. From the coastal decor and ocean views to the open living/dining/kitchen plan, there is something that everyone will love. Take a dip in the shared community pool just 3 doors down or enjoy a day at the beach, access as easy as walking out the back door! Portofino IV 2018 is located in northern Garden City Beach close to restaurants, local attractions, and shopping – many of which are within walking distance. Ample parking for four vehicles. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including gourmet coffee, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Couldn't ask for a better location. House was great with everything we needed. I wanted to bring the Porch back home with me... Fantastic views.The only negative to me is the parking which really can't be helped. Vehicles have to be parked nose to tail whereas if you aren't the one in the rear everyone behind you has to back out.. Let you out then pull back in. It's constant musical chairs

Family time was great!

Great location!Upstairs got so hot during the day, even with shades closed. Notified rental company from day one and several times afterwards of the situation. On Thur. around 5 o’clock of our stayThey finally showed up to check on the AC and we were comfortable for the last two nights of our stay. On Tues morning at 1 AM our son and his fiancé were still up and walked downstairs to be face to face with an intruder at foot of the steps. He ran out the sliding door only grabbing binoculars and flashlight on his way out. Police came out and filed a report. Very scary what could have happened. The ice maker put out very little ice. All in all we had a nice time.

We call it home

This was our second year. Love this property. So comfortable and clean and well furnished. Perfect for extended families with two masters up stairs and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen has everything. But the best part is the deck on the dunes looking at the waves. Never gets old. Such a nice quiet stretch of beach only a short mile to shops and restaurants. Absolutely love this place.

Rest and Restored

The Hospitality App that we were assigned a link to made communication awesome. I love that there was no realty office to stand in line at because of the lockbox code sent to me via the app. The beds made & the basic necessities in place so that i could immediately get to the beach and put off the grocery shopping until the following morning. My family thoroughly enjoyed the large oceanfront deck with a large covered dining space. Many meals, conversations, some work memos, and games in them at spot. It made me feel as if I were still at the beach while getting some work done. The kitchen was well-equipped for big breakfasts and an occasional meal. All of the beds were comfortable with newer mattresses. Great location. We’re were afforded plenty of beach space without feeling crowded. Such a beautiful week in a lovely home making sweet memories with my family and friends.

Beautuful home in a perfect location

We booked online for a vacation for our extended family. We had never been to Myrtle Beach so we chose blindly based on the gorgeous pictures. It lived up to all expectations. Awesome week was had by all.
