Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time during our family vacation. My biggest area for critique would be on the maintenance and general upkeep of the unit. Headboard was completely detached from master bed. All 6 chairs at the dining table were wobbly and loose. Vertical blinds often fell even without touching them. If i was the owner of property I would upgrade the master bed mattress, the living room TV to a newer and bigger smart TV, and consider upgrading the couch and loveseat currently in the unit. My parents stayed in a near by unit and overall it was much nicer. Hope this can be constructive criticism.

Have never been to the beach without some rain. Never saw a drop of water, not even a thunderstorm at night. Just a very pleasant week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed an extra condo to accommodate our growing family. The living room was bigger than expected. Bedroom setup worked well for us. Several recommendations. Blinds in living and master need replacing. Unable to close completely due to missing/broken pieces. Not good for sleeping, especially when light out. Several bulbs not working, kitchen, hallway. Had to buy new batteries for 2 tv remotes. Outlet in master bath not able to accommodate a hair dryer to work more than 1 minute or less. Dryer takes a long time to actually dry clothes. Thankfully we had a 2 condo to help with laundry. Called maintenance on Saturday and no one responded until Monday.

My favorite was the desk that was up by the window so if you had to work you had a view that made it OK so spend some time at the computer. We loved being on the 5th floor, it was just the right height and there was enough outdoor furniture for several people to be on the balcony. We really enjoyed this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a return visit to a condo we love! The property and condo overall were clean and well appointed for the most part. However, during this stay we discovered unfinished painting on doors and woodwork, and found dust in a few places. There was no mattress cover on the king in the master and some of the mattresses have perhaps aged out. We realize the pandemic has presented challenges to all involved and will return to the property, but hoping for better experience next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a lovely time, even tho the unit had not really been cleaned and the kitchen drawers were all awry. After I cleaned it up it was better. There was also damage which I outlined at length on the UN intentional Damage report, all evident to me when I entered the unit. Also, I bought my own coffee pot, as the one in the unit didn't work. 2 of the remotes lacked batteries, and I could never figure even how to turn any of them on. Fortunately I came for quiet, so maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I had rented this unit last year and had none of the negatives of this year. But I came for reading and walking and quiet , and those were achieved.

We needed help with the remotes in that the written directions did not coincide with the remotes that were present, but a very nice maintenance man helped us with them. However, the staff in the office didn’t seem too interested in helping us and the lightbulbs we asked for on Tuesday were never delivered. The second bedroom had one dim bulb working which made for a miserable inconvenience! We also found the locked gate at the hot tub end of the pool in front of our building to be a gross inconvenience. It made for a very long walk to get to the hot tub and pool! We hope those issues are corrected because we will be coming back for the view and the beautiful wide beach!
