The place was spacious and had lots of space for our family. We were surprised that there was only outside steps to the second floor. It was a great community with outdoor pools and a golf cart drive to the beach, or a short walk.

Really enjoyed the area - have stayed there several times in the past. Easy to check-in and out. Only slight complaint would be that the floors were not cleaned/mopped. We took care of that...loved having 2 golf carts...

The property was filthy!!! The beds and furniture were dated and disgusting! The owner should be ashamed of letting anyone stay here. She also did not tell us we could only have two vehicles at the residence, the others had to go to overflow parking. This was on of the most expensive rentals I have agreed to but everyone that stayed with us felt like we were Totally ripped off! This property should not be allowed to be advertised for rent on VRBO.

Check in was confusing. VRBO directions were different than owners message which I do not see. She was available and it was corrected immediately. Other minor issues which were all resolved quickly by the owner. Would definitely stay again!
