What a location, what a view! A fantastic holiday - very relaxing - which was just what we wanted. Weather was very hot so the pool and shade were a godsend!

Amazing view from the pool

We love the area, and the location with a gorgeous view over Luberon from the pool area is fantastic. The house has a lot of charm, but needs a serious update and modernization. The property is in a quiet and charming forest area. We had problems with them pool, but the owner and the property manager did all they could to fix it.

Le principal atout de cette maison est qu’il s’agit d’une habitation traditionnelle construite avec des pierres provenant de la montagne, ce qui la rend naturellement fraîche en été. Depuis la piscine, on peut profiter d’une vue dégagée et rafraîchissante, comme sur les photos.Même les jours de vent ou de pluie, il est possible de prendre les repas ou de passer du temps à l’extérieur grâce au patio abrité. La cuisine est aménagée de manière fonctionnelle et la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire. Située à côté d’un petit village de montagne, au cœur d’un grand jardin, elle garantit calme et sérénité.Le responsable, Emmanuella, nous a expliqué avec beaucoup de soin les environs et nous a même recommandé d’excellents restaurants. Il a eu la gentillesse de nous envoyer par colis les lunettes que nous avions oubliées sur place. C’est le meilleur hôte que j’aie rencontré pendant mes voyages !

Très belle maison vue imprenable

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, rien ne manque et le descriptif est conforme à la réalité seule la vue n'est que plus belle. La patio est très agréable en cas de mistral. Tous les beaux sites du coin sont à une courte portée de voiture.

The perfect base for exploring Vacluse

We chose this property because it's in the heart of the Vacluse region, easily accessed by car just over an hour's drive from Avignon TGV, and in a wonderfully elevated location with views across the valley to the hills of the Petit Luberon. The villa is lovely, and our welcome was exceptional. It's so nice, we almost didn't want to go out exploring, but luckily you don't have to go far to find plenty of delighful Provence villages to visit. There are also local walks in the pine covered hills and gorges. Murs is a small village, but there is an excellent local shop within walking distance that provided our daily baguettes and other incidental supplies, with friendly owners. The house is really well laid out, with rooms set around a central courtyard. You can eat either outside with the view, inside on a dining table in the main living space, or in the courtyard. It is full of character with lots of belongings making it clear that it's a well loved family property. And the pool with the view - perfect. All together - thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed a very peaceful stay in a quiet village with stunning views over Luberon. The farmhouse was very clean and tastefully decorated - it certainly met our expectations. We were sorry to leave but hope to book up again soon.

Vue et tranquillité

Belle maison avec un charme certain sur un beau terrain agréable car assez nature, vue incroyable sur le Luberon avec ses villages perchés. Avantage (ou inconvénient), "tout" est à 15 minutes", la plupart des jolis coins à visiter sont donc accessibles rapidement. Sylvie en charge de l'accueil et des petites questions du quotidien a été parfaite. Superbe région dans laquelle nous reviendrons surement.

Belle propriété avec piscine au sein d'une pinède avec sa vue inspirante...

Les photos sur le site sont conformes à ce que nous avons pu découvrir dans cette villa-patio au sein d'un terrain très vaste arboré et à la végétation parfaitement agencée. La propriété est au calme et à l'abri des regards. La piscine avec un traitement à l'ozone est chauffée à 25° et malgré un temps un peu frisquet nous avons pu en profiter pleinement avec sa vue profonde invitant à la méditation et au repos. L'intérieur est original avec son patio central et sa décoration antique. Épicerie, départ randos à proximité. A ne pas manquer le chêne vénérable de 3 ou 4 siècles en contrebas du village. Notre séjour a été très agréable et nous reviendrons dans cette propriété avec plaisir pour poursuivre notre découverte du Luberon.

Un authentique eden

La vue, à couper le souffle, donne le ton. Puis la maison impose son calme et son confort rapidement, avec une vaste bibliothèque, un patio intérieur enchâssant un bel olivier. Puis on découvre les équipements estivaux : une plancha de compétition, une piscine à débordement donnant sur le Luberon... Située à proximité de Gordes, Roussillon, Senanque et de villages tout aussi beau et moins connus, la maison est une base arrière parfaite. Une semaine inoubliable !

Vue paisible et magnifique, idéal pour se ressourcer.

Idéal pour se reposer et visiter les jolis villages des environs. Villa fidèle aux photos, bien équipée: Cuisine et ustensiles en nombre, bbq au gaz, espace repas extérieur à l’abri du soleil, boules de pétanques, 2 eme frigo très utile. Personnellement j’aurais aimé pouvoir me coucher sur le ventre autour de la piscine mais les sièges ne le permettaient pas. Les meubles extérieurs table et chaises mériteraient d’être renouvelés pour faire de cette maison l’endroit totalement parfait. Petite épicerie à 2 min en voiture avec bon pain frais le matin. Attention ferme le mercredi donc aller à Gordes. Sylvie est charmante et nous a très bien accueilli mais il serait indispensable de prévoir un plan pour l’arrivée car pas de nom de rue ni de numéro dans ce coin là du coup compliqué de trouver la première fois... En résumé vacances réussies dans un endroit paisible, propice à la déconnection. ( même si le wifi fonctionne très bien😉)

The Patio

We had a very enjoyable time in Murs. The house is quaint, with original features. The courtyard was useful on one or two windy days, and we enjoyed barbecuing on some evenings. The pool was pleasant and we swam most days. The neighbourhood was quiet and we had a number of walks whilst there. All in all it was a restful break, which was what we wanted.

formidable maison pour un séjour en famille , pratique, calme, avec une vue superbe.

Maison très bien située, au coeur du Luberon, permettant de faire de nombreuses visites des villages aux alentours et également de superbes balades ( sans prendre obligatoirement la voiture ) sur des sentiers bien balisées. La maison est très pratique, bien équipée, décorée avec gout et bénéficie d'un patio qui l'agrandit et permet de diner à l'extérieur tout en étant protégé du vent. Murs est un village calme avec une seule épicerie qui permet seulement de faire des courses de dépannage. Nous recommandons cette maison sans restriction.

Wonderful Home, Great Views, Perfect Pool
