「large and quiet room inside Tuscany~ we had a ground floor studio with living room and kitchen. we love it because we dun wanna move the luggage up and down the stairs and we can cook a bit. (having said that, i have to say the restuarant is outstanding~) we love the time there just sit by the swimming pool and enjoy the Tuscany scenery~ the breakfast buffet is the best among our 1.5 weeks trip in italy! the red orange juice, pineapple juice and parma ham are excellent. we extended our stay bc...

「Beautiful hotel. I didn’t quite understand we’d have to do a “staff-less” check in but once we saw our room keys it was extremely easy.
The hotel is beautiful and it is a very peaceful town with amazing Tuscan views.
The restaurant seems to be one of the best ones in the area. We went to San Gimignano and didn’t get a chance to dine there.
Would definitely stay again. 」

Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking.
Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use).
Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.」
