“Pros: Classic luxury hotel with nice and friendly staff, and it’s easy to find and park. Perfect location, heart of the city. You have all the shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Cons: Bed too small for two, pillows not comfortable. No AC in the room, and you can’t open the window due to the noise from the main street. The room is very stuffy and hot, and it’s only April. ”

“Good service! Although we arrived Zürich at noon, it was forward our schedule, as we had a raining day in Zermatt. We had a early check in, very thankful for the kindness.”

“同Zurich 火車站只係5分鐘距離 一條直路 無斜路 拖住行李最慢10分鐘內一定到 超方便 房間好大 新淨 唯一缺點 房門是向外拉開 個度門既設計 用唔到外加既門阻 網上教個啲衣架毛巾都無用 因為佢隻門係無防盜扣 而因門係向外拉開 所以就算放凳或者行李喺門口都無意思 如有人闖入 都唔會因門推到野而發出聲響 門亦無防盗眼 有人敲門都睇唔到係咩人 女生獨遊/只有女生可考慮清楚 ”

“住宿地方乾淨整潔，裝修時尚，早餐如果有熱食就更好。另外廁所比較細，因當晚遲了check-in，住了地下房，需要自己上一樓再攞行李行樓梯，比較麻煩。整體舒適度很好。”

“Nice and convenient hotel with 5 mins walk from train station, room a bit old fashion but in good condition and clean. We stayed in suite room w river view it was nice , but train station just downstairs so a bit noise if anyone sensitive for noise need to be aware. Overall it is a nice hotel ”
