“What a wonderful place, spectacular view of the falls and the town, right on the walking paths. The rooms are great, comfortable and clean beds and nicely furnished. Everything worked perfectly. The owners had included a welcome letter talking about how they have kept their values. It showed in all areas of the hotel. There was a new employee working in the breakfast making omelets. She said she was very happy to have been selected and her co workers were long time employees who praised……

“My wife and I were coming through Idaho Falls and wanted to try something different. We were not disappointed. Xhale was amazing! The property is small, quaint and perfectly designed. Every detail down to the landscaping was well thought out. Even the music piped throughout the property was delightful. The hot tubs were excellent under the stars. We loved our mini suite. It was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The fireplace was a nice touch. Our only regret was not staying longer to……

“The place is very cozy and the staff is friendly, the room is stayed in needs some work however. There was little to no water pressure, so the shower barely worked. The door lock was acting up and took forever just to get into the room.”

“It was perfect for what it was, a one night stopover on a long trip. Excellent price point for the area. Location was good, close to the gorgeous parkway along the river. It was important for us to have a large, safe area to park truck with trailer and a place that accepted dogs. They are in the process of renovating, what they've done is nice. “My active duty 20-year-old son is old enough to die for his country but apparently not old enough to check into this hotel. They wouldn’t even give us a refund. Expedia also was not helpful and refused to give a refund. He didn’t stay in the hotel, but they charged us for the night. The staff was extremely rude. His car broke down and I made the reservation for him. He was coming home to visit me on leave. They wouldn’t let him check in for the night and he was left trying to scramble to find……
