2-family house "Azalea". In the hamlet Bresciana 750 m from the centre of Musso, on a slope, 750 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "C10 (Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 500 m, pebble beach 750 m, grass beach "Dongo" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, fishing possibilities 750 m. Nearby attractions: Menaggio, Como, Museo Barca Lariana-Pianello, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio, Monte Legnoncino. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. Access to the house for loading and unloading suitable only for small cars.

Bonne situation et tranquillité

Location géographiquement bien située pour visiter les sites incontournables du lac. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes depuis la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants aimant discuter et nous donner de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir aux alentours - qui plus est, en français - Un lieu de quiétude reposant à recommander !

What a view!

We enjoyed our stay in this appartment very much. We appreciated the comfortable size of the object and we were thrilled by the terrific view on Lago di Como from two terraces. The apartment is well-equipped, we found everything we needed. Schön gelegenes Appartment mit allem, was man braucht und sensationeller Sicht auf den See, der zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Man kann baden, wandern ( immer ziemlich steil, dafür tolle Sicht auf den See oder die Seen) , die kulturellen Schätze der Region erkunden ( Kirchen, charmante Örtchen, die Hotspots Bellagio und Villa Charlotta) oder man spaziert einfach am schön ausgebauten Fußweg am See entlang. Die Vermieter sind gastfreundlich und sprechen Deutsch, geben gute Tipps.
