「The villa was just as described and as we had hoped. Beautiful, spacious villa which met the needs of all of us there from 1 to 65. Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own. Close to Aldi and also a huge store selling everything that you will ever need as well as bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, or a short drive into Alicante if you wanted to see more. Novadesta who arranged the meet and greet were very helpful and Martin was the perfect attentive host...

「A group of 8 female friends, the villa was perfect with so much space, a great location with the tram so close by, on the beach with a great outdoor space, lovely landscaping. We had 2 shopping deliveries from Mercado which worked brilliantly (no car). There weren't any shops or bars locally that we could find, but you literally had to hop on the tram at the end of the road and you could go to Alicante, El Campello, Benidorm very easily, and cheaply, which we did. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant.」

「Mooie locatie, alles dichtbij en mooi uitzicht. Huis is wel gedateerd qua interieur en de tuin had weinig sfeer, wat zonde is omdat de plek geweldig is. Interieur zou een opfris beurt kunnen krijgen en de tuin sfeervoller door bijvoorbeeld verlichting en mooie bloempotten. In de tuin kapotte verlichting en rommelig. Zwembad is fantastisch . Ook het solarium was sfeerloos en daardoor niet uitnodigend om te gaan zitten. Heel jammer want het is een geweldige plek!! Er zou zoveel meer van dit huis...

「We had a lovely week with family relaxing at this villa. Great communication with the owner ahead of our stay and Anja was on hand for anything we may have needed during our time there. The patio and swimming pool area is large, boasts stunning views and gets the sun all day long. Plenty of room around the villa and it was was well equipped and nicely laid out with comfirtable bedrooms and efficient air-conditioning. We hired a car for the duration of our stay and it was needed as there isn't...

「Villa avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La piscine est superbe, vous ne vous occupez de rien un pisciniste passe 2 fois par semaine. La maison est agréable et tout le confort y est prévu. La maison a besoin d'un peu de travaux de rafraîchissement pour être au top. La localisation de la villa est pas trop mal située : les 2 plages à proximité sont pas top, 1 qu'avec des rochers et 1 autre avec des algues malodorantes. Mais la villa est à proximité du tram, 11 minutes à pied qui vous emmènera...

「The place is a little bit dated but I was informed by the property manager that improvements are imminent. Came across one or two minor problems but to mention them would be nitpicking. Overall, great looking place, fabulous pool, nice area, (car is essential) and and a very nice place to stay. Children will love it.」

「The villa is exactly as described, was a great family space for the 12 adults we had staying. We had age ranges from 19 to 74 and the villa had something for everyone. Pool and outside space was great, sun all day. All beds comfy and we cooked BBQs outside and cooked fry up most mornings in the kitchen. Short €10 taxi and your in the heart of benidorm. Roy was great for comms as was Steve on the ground. We really enjoyed the villa and would reccomend.」
