「We had a rat problem for close to a month with rat even popping its head up on couch when we were sitting on it, not once but twice. LL was not too helpful. Condo Association Pest Management were useless. Setting traps that rat would eat bate and get away. The pest guy admitted that they used cheapest traps. LL said they were doing everything they could. "I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
