Accommodating up to 6 guests, Ronnie’s Cottage features a cozy roaring fireplace and an open-plan kitchen and living area that invites relaxation from the moment you step inside. With four inviting bedrooms, an outdoor dining area complete with a BBQ, and a fully fenced yard for your furry family member to roam, this home exudes character and warmth.
The outdoor entertaining area seats six and opens into a spacious garden, providing a lovely space for family gatherings. Embrace the chance to disconnect, as this home does not have Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. However, there’s ample Telstra reception available if you need to catch up on work emails! For entertainment, you’ll find a TV/DVD player, and the fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and plenty of bench space for preparing delicious home-cooked meals, with dining seating for eight. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer adds to your convenience, and there’s a single carport out front.
North Beach is patrolled, making it perfect for swimming, and there’s a nearby boat ramp—boaters are welcome! You’re just 600 meters from the Mylestom Bowling Club and a 20-minute drive to the Sawtell and Coffs Harbour area.
Pets are welcome at Ronnie’s Cottage for a $100 fee per pet, and we kindly ask that you inform us of any furry companions at the time of booking. We provide linen and bath towels, but feel free to bring your own beach towels.
Please note, this is a smoke-free property, and we kindly ask that you respect our beautiful home and quiet neighbourhood by avoiding parties. Ample street parking is available. Be sure to read our full terms and conditions prior to booking.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, built-in robes, large ensuite with spa-shaped bathtub, shower and toilet.
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed and office nook, ceiling fan
Third Bedroom: Tri bunk (double bed and single bed above), balcony out to the BBQ area.
There is another room which is shared with the laundry (which is tucked away behind doors) creating a private space opening up to the outside balcony. There is a futon couch which can be made into a single bed if required. Please advise if you would like to use this bed during your stay.
