Clean and great location!

The room was very clean with laminate floors so no dirty carpet. The beds were very comfy with amazing pillows. Best vacation pillows. The location was great looking over the pool and ocean. The facility had a DJ at the pool on Saturday afternoon which was so fun. And it was great to walk easily to the beach. They have rinse off showers to use when coming back from the beach. The parking was easy right across the street. My minivan fit with no issues. We will be booking here again in the future.

This place was awful. Smelled of smoke and animals. Child got sick after being in there. Dirty is an understatement. Would never go back here again. We did not stay we walked in room and turned around and left and went to a different resort

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is my second stay at the Patricia Grand and I had a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and accommodating. The staff was friendly and typically allowed guest to enter elevators at rush hour (Check-In and Out). Parking Garage was tight to turn curves and go up levels in my standard size Chevy truck but performing the 3 Pt. turns allowed me to do so albeit a little frustrating. While security is appreciated, the 9 Digit code needed to enter room was not preferred and seems a bit unnecessary especially with hands full or needed to get in quickly. I ate at the Pool side bar and restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. Despite my personal preferences shared above, I will be back as it is absolutely a great place and bargain at Myrtle Beach.

We were greatly impressed with the stay! We had never used VRBO before! My only complaint was the parking garage but I am always skeptical of those! Will definitely stay again!

Good stay

It was pretty good stay and affordable. Unfortunately I only stayed a couple of days. My only complaint would be the floors in the hotel room could’ve used a mopping before our stay but it wasn’t filthy. It was pretty clean and ac worked well. Front desk was helpful and fun to speak with. The parking deck is a hard one to maneuver though!! If you have a truck or SUV I’d be careful.

Only few issues but worth the $

Loved the pools and easy beach access. Elevators were super slow getting to 17th floor even though there are 5 of them. The shower water pressure had 2 settings - sucks and sucks more. The bathroom could have used better cleaning - sink faucet had what looked like toothpaste on it still and long dark hair in shower that didn't belong to anyone in my party. Mattress pads on beds would be a nice touch. The view was great! Thankfully I like dogs because there were A LOT of them lol. Overall I would stay there again if I could get it cheaper than $700 for 3 nights.

Good beach vacation

I liked the hotel and it's amenities. The cleanliness was okay due to covid. The only thing that really disappointed us was the fact that all of the watermarks that we got free admission to were closed. Our kids were really looking forward to that. All in all the hotel was good and it was right on the beach.

Great stay!

During this weird time of COVID- things are a little different. But even though they had to keep their distance, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Not a very large room but we don't stay indoors much. We had a great ocean front view when we were there, it is very conveniently located and central to getting to many places. Walking distance to several restaurants. The kids loved the pools and lazy river.

1st Timer to Myrtle Beach

Family of 3, the view from the balcony was amazing. My 10 year old said the pool was the best part of the trip. Not crowded was a bonus.

We found 3 bugs, 2 being roaches. The floor was covered in sand and dirt when we got there. I called MULTIPLE times and never received any type of call back, as the 2 phone calls I made that DID go through I mentioned the roaches and they hung up on me. I was sent 2 emails stating they were going to give us a new room or compensation. We didn’t get either one of those as our hotel was at compacity and there is just horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this hotel or using Vacasa ever again. Vrbo should not be partners with them. They absolutely are unprofessional.
