Home I need of Serious update

This home was not clean properly tables dresses counter Dusty And the floors were extra dirty beer on mattress blood on it with urine it very dirty chairs dirty just was a horrible trip. The receptionist was very nice and apologized for all the inconvenient and I think the company for her but the rule was an excuse for nothing I was very disappointing it lied on the picture so I called it false advertisement just a mess

Desk clerks wouldn't even lift their eyes.

First they SOLD my 2 queen bed room & give me a room with 1 king & a worn out sleeper sofa with wrong size sheets that slept like a bag of bones & went to the flooring you sit on it. I had to double the cushions to sit on it .The desk clerks wouldn't even lift their eyes to acknowledge your existence. They acted like they didn't want to be bothered by the people checking in or needing something, I had to stand at the front desk for a long time waiting on them to even pay me any attention while they were on their personal phones. They had thick foreigner accents and IF and WHEN they spoke to you they were hard to understand. The only ones that treated you decent was the GM,the guy n the resturant,& Ryan the outside cleaning guy. The TVs didn't work when I got there.The bedroom was dark due to the 1 lamp wich I found another lamp in the junk pile in the parking garage across the street to remedy that. If you asked for washcloths or towels they acted like they we they were gold. They did bring the correct size sheets for the sleeper & did fix the TVs the next morning. There was no maid services at all blaming it on covid which I didn't mind anyway. I couldn't wait to get back in my own bed .

Good view,but overprice.

The view was great.Room needs work.Bath tub was slippery and somebody tape down the floor in the tub but was not much good.Place was not clean for having professionals coming in. Spot of dry food left on stove,found 15 cents on floor.Coffee pot lid could not be attach to brew coffee.Cost of suite was high and should not required us to collect trash and towels.Daily maid service should have been provided for the money we paid.Switch on lamp in bedroom was broken.

Check your room before you move in for vacation

This has been my worst experience, since I checked into my suite, I’ve changed room due to unclean room, cockroaches!!! Tv in new room doesn’t work, the lamps in new room don’t work! Been coming here for years will be my last stay here!!!

Needs some updating

We have stayed at the Patricia Grand in many units over the years. The best part of this unit was the balcony. The location is fabulous but I had to clean the room before I could feel comfortable. I know the floors had not been done but the bed was made and the toiletries had been changed out. Because my mother-in-law was in another room that had been updated I felt that some small changes could’ve made a big difference here. It was in a good location but a few small changes could’ve made it great. The mattress really needed to be rotated or some thing to make it more comfortable. I would return again but most likely to a unit that has been updated.

Great Location but Needs Renovation

The location was great. Public spaces of the hotel were cleaned constantly. The room was spacious. The price was very good. This hotel needs major renovation and more staff. The housekeeper didn’t show up in our room during our 4 day stay.

The view was great! Loved this little apartment. It was clean and fit our budget for our stay. Still giving 5/5 stars but my only complaint would be not having a laundry facility. I didn’t feel comfortable doing my laundry on another floor right in the hallway. Great service though! Everyone very friendly.

The view is amazing! The staff was super friendly & helpful. It could have been cleaned a little better but we will still come back. being off season, it wasn't very crowded which was nice. We also loved seeing all the dogs.

Amazing view!

The view was absolutely breathtaking. Room is exactly as pictured. Only downfall was the sliding glass doors were off track slightly which made them not close easily and they didn’t provide blankets/sheets for the pull out bed. I was able to walk to the front desk and get those. I would definitely stay there again.

The view is excellent and feels very private… We’re night owls so we love the pool and saunas open till 11:00. Ice machine & snacks very close. Great location…we’ll be back!!!
