Please be aware that this is a non-smoking, privately owned condo, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to promptly address any issues, please note that there is no on-site living presence 24/7.



Access to the unit is managed by a code lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival, included in the welcome email. No more waiting in long lines for check-in.

This place is decent for the price. Location is great and the balcony view is amazing but the actual room itself is super outdated. The couches look about 30 years old and are ripped up, the beds are uncomfortable and the place is dusty. If you’re having a longer stay also bring your own kitchen utensils and cookware because everything is older and used up. If you’re not planning on spending time in the room much than this place is okay!

This location was underwhelming compared to the online photos, but I have no further qualms because the beds at least had clean sheets. This was a place to come lay your head after being out all day.

Family vacation 24

Communicates back quickly but should be told all the rules before booking. After paying for rental with no possible refund I was asked to send copy of debit card, license, my signature on a piece of paper, and a selfie of myself holding these items. You Can’t check in until these items are sent. I was told because I wasn’t comfortable sending those items I could check in and show when I arrived but no one there to check in with so ended up having to send personal items through text or email to get PIN code. The property is in an excellent location. Close to few stores Ann’s amusement park. Upon entering room everything seemed fine. The furniture is in rough shape with tears and stains in living/dining areas. That night when sofa was pulled out the mattress was in horrible shape with stains and mold. Pictures were taken and sent to owner. Replied quickly to send maintenance but they slept in extra bed in bedroom with other guest (awkward)! It’s a nice place in an excellent location on the beach. Just needs some updates in paint and furniture but clean. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms with jet tub. Also have nice pool area, lazy river, hot tubs. They do no cleaning unless you pay for cleaning so you have to wash towels if staying more than 2 days. For the price I feel they could make updates and include the many rules BEFORE PAYING!

Needs work-but amazing view

Room was dirty. Walls were filthy, inch of dust on the edges of walls. Found a filled water balloon in the room, furniture was cracked and peeling, the master comforter had stain spots,the furnace filter needs to be replaced it was disgusting-looks like not replaced in years. The cupboards were peeling in both the kitchen and guest bathroom. The fridge did not work well. Could use a few more plates and cups The view was amazing and the location was great. The property itself needs updating and a good paint job. We were a little disappointed that it was more grungy than expected, especially for the price.

Perfect for Us!

I gave this property 5 stars because it was perfect for us! It was a great location and enough room/space for myself, partner and 2 young adult children. There are some areas that need a little work but nothing major but if you’re super picky you may have a problem with it and would give this owner a lower review which wouldn’t be a reflection of the condo. Huge master bedroom with private balcony, good size second bedroom and large living room. Super clean, check in was simple and the owner left clear instructions that were easy to follow. Communication with the owner was precise!! We would recommend and will stay again!

Don't Stay Here!

We had to check in at the Blue Fish Rentals prior to checkin because I wouldn't send a copy of my CC, Drivers liscense and a copy of my signature to them vis email. We could not find the office for a good 30minute after arriving at the building. There were no signs indicating where the office was. We we finally found the unit number on the back of the building it was locked up tight, even tho they knew we were coming. The unit was dirty, holes in the walls that had been poorly patched and left unpainted. Baseboards and wall were dirty and in need of new paint. Stove had dried food and grease around burners. When we went to wash a load of towels, we found the washer full of foul smelling water and we werent able to drain it. The refridgerator took 24 hours to cool. Our icecream and ice we put in the freezer melted. We ended up staying in the unit since we were only there for 3 nights. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean thank goodness or we would have bolted. Overall, I was disappointed the condo and the state of Myrtle Beach. The resort was crowded, the pool was overcrowded, the jets on the hot tubs (2 out of 3) were not working. The people in the unit below us blasted music every night until midnight. Had to call the cops. Don't Stay Here!

Great location-Needs major updating

When you book with VRBO, you have to go off pictures and that is exactly what I did but this was NOT as expected!! Very disappointed that every wall was either dirty or had putty marks to cover up holes. Furniture was ripped and worn including the cupboards that the fronts were peeling. There was also not enough plates, cups, etc to accommodate us and we were a family of 4. Glad we went to the store and bought paper plates, forks, etc. Ice maker and washing machine didn't work. Yes, we were told previously about the washing machine, but how hard is it to get it fixed. I do have to say the building was the perfect location that you could walk to many places to eat and entertain. The staff at the resort was great as well. Overall I rated this very low. You pay good money for a place to stay and when you go off pictures you expect what the pictures look like.

Great location and perfect getaway

Flew in from Chicago and very close to airport. Check in was right at 4pm and was able to go straight to condo. Condo was cleaned and ready for us. Was dated in areas with cabinets and comforter, but matched pictures and other reviews. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was amazing for family of 4. Got to open patio every day to ocean sounds, breeze and views. Kitchen wasn’t big but made breakfast and lunch daily there. Easy access to beach and could clean off feet and jump right into heated pools. Kids enjoyed lazy river and very family friendly. Very close to boardwalk which we walked daily. Hit up all local food and mini golf. Convenient store across street was rip off so took Uber to grocery store to get all things for week. Overall would highly recommend and got lucky with amazing weather.

Nice view, dirty condo

Old and stained pillows, beds were hard and old. Furniture was beat up. Had to ask for cleaning when we checked in as there was garbage on the floor. You can tell no vacuuming or mopping was done. Hair on toilet seat, no surface was wiped clean. Dusty every where. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaned myself in order to at least stay. And you have to take out your own trash! Building also beat up, pools were dirty. Only positive was the view. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. Would rather stay at Hilton up the street for a few more bucks. You can tell this place has not been updated at all in at least 3-5 years.

Very out of date photos

The room was basically clean but the condition was poor and this was not reflected in the photos. One bedroom had a large hole in the carpet and the subfloor was visible. The furnishings were clean but damaged(dented metal lamps, broken cabinets, very scratched up tables/chairs, etc.) We looked at the room when we arrived and decided not to stay. The property manager was polite but stated that the conditions were that of regular use and they were far beyond that in our opinion.

After a kid pranked the building and pulled the fire alarm and evacuated the building at 1:30 am,, we were not offered a later checkout option. Room was dated and not enough linens for the beds. Close to beach and a nice indoor pool.

It was all that I hoped for

For the money I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautiful building. Wonderful location. I could wake up and walk out on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. Perfect!

The view and location was amazing. However the room needs a lot of TLC including dealing with the black mold all around the vents. Additionally the room pictures are highly out of date.

Great stay

Wonderful place for the price, great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Only issue was the not all the elevators were working, check out time was a mess due to this, and just getting in and out of the building was a mess during high traffic times. Other than that we had such a great time we extended our stay by a day and they were able to accommodate this which was amazing! Will stay here again!

Big Fish Rentals

We stayed at Ocean One Resort which is an awesome resort and condo but don't ever book through Big Fish. They gave us six towels for four people for four days and when I asked for more they told me they would charge me $100 extra or I could wash them myself. If you run out of the essentials such as toilet paper oh well, your SOL. I would not recommend Big FISH to anyone. This resort even had fitness center but we were not allowed to use due to it requires a swipe card and you're only given door codes.

Great stay on the beach

Beautiful ocean front views from 2 balconies. Comfy beds, plush towels. Super convenient in suite washer & dryer. We did not cook, but it looked like everything we would need to cook was provided. Our kids loved the multiple pools & easy access to the beach. We had a rental car, but were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, boardwalk, Skywheel). Thank you for a great stay!
