The Space:
Cool ocean air drifts through the balcony as waves roll steadily along the shoreline below, and the Atlantic stretches wide in front of you from morning light through evening glow. From high above the shoreline, you step onto the balcony and take in wide ocean views that shift beautifully throughout the day. Mornings feel calm and unhurried here, while evenings bring soft breezes and the sound of the surf just beyond the glass.
The space
Set on the penthouse floor of Sandy Beach Resort, this oceanfront condo offers a relaxed coastal setting designed for comfort and ease. Inside, the layout flows from the living area to a private balcony overlooking the water, creating a constant connection to the outdoors. The condo includes air conditioning and heating, WiFi, and a TV for downtime between beach days and evenings out along the boardwalk.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to six guests across one bedroom and the main living area. The bedroom features two queen beds, while a Murphy bed in the living space provides additional sleeping room. Fresh bed linens and extra pillows and blankets are provided, making the space suitable for families, couples, or small groups traveling together.
Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or winding down after time by the water. The kitchen opens to a dining area for shared meals and conversation. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays or beach-focused trips.

Fun for the whole family and tasty restaurants are just minutes away
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
