Terrible!!!!!

The room was filthy! The sheets and bedding were not changed! Thinking that was the worse of it, the condo was infested with cockroaches! Yes cockroaches!! Not water roaches either! I brought the issue up with the manager and her response was, “ it’s the south ma’am”!! I do not recommend!!

Filthy, misrepresented, completely overpriced!!! DO NOT BOOK!

The only good things were the view from the balcony which I could have had from anywhere, and location for a family... otherwise the property was filthy, our feet were black within 5 minutes. The murphey bed was broken, which they did offer to come and fix, but we didn't want to waste our vacation waiting around for it. Behind the murphey bed was disgusting! There was food rappers and and inch of dirt in there when you opened it. I called ahead to ask about this property because of the resort reviews and was reassured that this property was great and managed separately, and was different...complete lie!!!!! The place was not stocked well at all and there was one towel bar for a condo for 6 people. You can book through the resort directly for half price that Big Fish Rental charged and get breakfast, room service, and use of the fitness facility. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF !!!

Floors were dirty.

Floors in the room hadn’t been mopped . Had to wear shoes the entire time and hold my 9 month old to avoid the filthy floors . Shower was stopped up and had to stand in ankle deep water while showering .
