We stayed in a King Suite expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. The sofa bed had an extremely uncomfortable mattress, and the tub had visible mold and hard water stains that made it feel unclean. For a party of four, we were only provided one small tube of shampoo and conditioner—definitely not adequate for multiple guests.
The central A/C was not functioning properly, so a window unit was installed instead—secured with duct tape—which prevented us from closing the curtains and limited privacy. We could hear every footstep from the room above us, and the adjoining room guests were loud into the evening.
One especially disappointing detail: there is a $10 per person just to bring breakfast to our kids instead of eating it in the dining area. And a $10 daily property fee yet there are no amenities to compensate the charge.
Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations for the suite we booked. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience.
