Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
We stayed for 4 days at The Palace in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our TV's didn't work for our whole stay even though I called their company everyday. They came 1 day but didn't repair anything. The TV in the living room would come on but none of the channel buttons would work. The bedroom is very hot until at least 2am in the morning, however, the air conditioner is locked so you can't adjust the temperature. The hair dryer would never get hot enough to dry your hair. I ask on the 2nd day if we could please get clean towels. I was told they needed 24 hours to process the order to get clean towels and it would cost 25.00. I have used VRBO for all 18 years and I have NEVER experienced anything like this with this company. If I have had an issue I have always been able to call the host and get it taken care of. My huge mistake is not reaching out to VRBO during my stay. Afterwards all they could do was ask the company to reimburse some of what I paid, they refused. This was a trip for my youngest granddaughter for graduating high school. PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT ADDRESS ANY PROBLEMS YOU ARE HAVING.
