Electa's Place - Second Row in Garden City Beach

Make a splash at Electa's Place in Garden City Beach! Cool off in the brand new pool or relax poolside after a day of fun at the beach. The ocean is located directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime.

This charming, classic beach home features a duplex-style layout that comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living areas, there's plenty of space for families to spread out while still enjoying time together. Take in ocean views from the covered porch, soak up the sun on the sundeck, or rinse off after the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. The private pool (approximately 30x15) can be heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F.

Electa's Place is also small-dog friendly, so your furry companion can join in on the vacation fun. For more specifics, please reference our Pet Policy under our Rental Policies, Terms and Conditions. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Sun, sand, brand new pool and room for the whole family, including your small dog, to enjoy a fun filled beach getaway!

House was a good size for our family location is great with a good view of the ocean but the cleanliness of the property was not good dusty on the walls by the air vent in middle bathroom and mold in the shower in the master bathroom up stairs and down stairs nails on the front porch down stairs with a few upgrades this house will be good

Great property in a great location. Electa’s Place had everything we needed! We were able to cook, grill and get to the beach easily. Perfect for our large family with two separate rentals in the same house.

Property was Disgusting

Booked this place for a family vacation. First in we had to buy products to clean the property...the bathrooms were nasty, had dead bugs and hair. The carpets to step out of the shower on were stained. The ovens were filthy and we didn't use them. We had to clean the microwaves and refrigerators before using them. According to the card left by the cleaning company, it was last cleaned on 2 July...we checked in on 16 July. When we changed to trash bag in the upstairs kitchen, the smell was repulsive, I almost puked...there was a bone under the trash bag which had been in there long enough to rot. How no one smelt it when changing the bag is beyond me. The black stuff around the air vents was revolting. We paid for the linen packages and our beds were supposed to be made, which they were not, they were dropped off on the front porch. The washer/dryer were rusted and undesirable to use. The mattresses/mattress pads were badly stained that we went out and bought linen/bedding. Both trash bins were full on our arrival. The location of the house was great and sitting outside was pleasant. The management company did call us and returned our cleaning fee but I feel more should/could have been done. I wish there was a place here so that I could post the pics!
