Loved the beach and pool.

Loved the location, pool and easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for our family of 12, with room to spare. Enjoyed the game room. House could use a good, deep cleaning. Some furniture (especially porch furniture) has exceeded its useful life and needs to be replaced.

Lots of space for everyone

Plenty of room and great arrangement of space for kids & adults hanging out on the 3 porches, gathering around the tables, and in the living room. Kids loved the private pool & direct access to beach. The upstairs beds for adults were very worn & uncomfortable, but that's the only complaint. We had an ant infestation and property manager had exterminator come about 24-hours later. We grilled out and really enjoyed our stay with our family of 13 people, ages 2 to grandparents.

A little disappointed for the price

Cons: -A little disappointed in this property for the price. -At least a 30 minute drive to all of the attractions of Myrtle Beach. -Definitely not cleaned very well (Mold around vents, refrigerator looked filthy, sliding glass doors look to have not been cleaned in along time) -None of the tvs or tv remotes would work except for one. -Putting green is there but no putters supplied. -Pool wasn’t full when we arrived and not heated. -Nothing extra available (no beach chairs, no hand towels, no beach towels,etc) - Water pressure in showers in very minimal - Mattresses are very warn and uncomfortable. -This house could use an update for the price that is being charged. Pros: -Beach was very nice and not crowded. -Quiet area - Plenty of room
