Experience a wonderful and memorable escapade with your family and friends when you book this beachy condo! Located on the third floor, this retreat boasts the best lake views in the neighborhood from the private balcony, main bedroom, and living room. The open floor plan allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. Whip up exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and modern appliances, including two coffee makers (a Keurig and a Nespresso machine). Then, retreat to the welcoming living area and stream your favorite movies and shows on the large smart TV. The private covered balcony provides you with a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee or refreshing evening cocktail as you take in the marvelous views of the lake and fountain. In addition, you will be granted access to on-site amenities, including hiking trails, a 36-hole court along the Myrtlewood Championship Golf Course with a driving range, and seven pools.
Take a walk on the trail provided or explore further in the area with nearby attractions such as Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Wax Museum, Broadway at the Beach (the largest entertainment venue along the Grand Strand with many shops, theatre, nightlife, and amusement for all ages), go-cart rides, and beaches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
