Myrtlewood Unit 103 - Golf Area!

Summary:
Welcome to paradise! This condo is located in a highly desired golf area in Myrtle Beach! It is a peaceful complex located approximately 2-3 miles from our beautiful beach! You will enjoy spending your vacation surrounded by greens, while only being a short drive away from all of the attractions our area has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple golf/beach getaway!

Minimum booking age: 21

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

**Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. There are full time residents in the community**

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor unit. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!

Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a TV.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and single bed.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.

Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air. All season room!

Pools: There are several unheated pools open year round.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized nearby golf courses (extra fees apply).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach!
✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 8.8 miles
🏨 Coastal Grand Mall is about 5.5 miles
🏨 Broadway at the Beach is about 2.9 miles
⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 4.4 miles

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine pest control happens on the 3rd Wednesday of March, June, September, and December. The HOA tech is required to have entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

3. The pools will be closing for the season on October 1st, with September 30th as the last day for swimming and sunbathing.

No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 5.

There is a key fob in the unit that is required for amenity access. If a guest loses/misplaces this, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.
