Loved how clean and spacious the condo was. The rooms are a great set up for parents with teenage kids. They have their own little area, and we had ours. Condo was stocked good with all your cooking needs. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from. Very family friendly place to stay. We will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent property. Great location. I have stayed at Sea Watch many times in the past few years. This was one of the better ocean front units. Excellent views of the ocean. The pictures were an excellent representation of the property We had a problem with one of the commodes that was promptly handled by the maintenance staff.

Great location

Excellent location, convenient to restaurants, shopping. !Close beach access. Accommodations were good except for the sitting area. The sofa was awful; couldn’t sit comfortably and the 2 side chairs were dirty on the armrests. Desperately needs to be upgraded with a good quality sofa and chairs! Could make this place perfect! Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay!

Relaxing stay, amazing view and very spacious rental...

We decided on a last minute vacation to MB and so glad we found this place! The rental was exactly what our family needed. The wife and I had our own space, the kids had their own space and we had the common living area. It is two condos merged into one, so you get all the extra space that you wouldn't normally have. The pictures on the site are indeed accurate, save for the living room tv is now wall mounted. The best part for me was the balcony, which was accessible from both bedrooms and living room. I spent most mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the ocean breeze and people watching. The resort itself is fantastic! Parking is plentiful. Several pools to choose from with a central located bar for the grown ups. Easy beach access and close to shopping, food and entertainment and FAR away from the craziness of downtown MB. We will definitely search out this place for our next MB visit!

The rooms were very dirty. Essentially the floors The pictures are deceiving. Needs a major refresh. The tv in the common area was useless. The other tv came with 4 pages to figure out. There is only 1 chair on the large balcony

The location and property were beautiful and very close to the beach and other outside attractions. The room itself could have been more cleanly and there was a light switch and outlet that didn’t work. We were a little confused on the layout prior to arrival so maybe posting the listing with a video of the layout would be beneficial to new guests. The view from both balcony’s were absolutely beautiful.

Condo Below Expectation

To be listed as new would far stretch the truth. The kitchen did look upgraded as well as new flooring in living and bedrooms, there appeared to be new door handles with some white paint trim. On the negative, There were holes in wall, deep cuts in the tile floors, curtains barely hanging in a bedroom. Sliding doors were hard to close because they were bent. Closet door was not up at washer and dryer. Balcony table rusted and the floor outside the balcony had food and debris and chairs were very dirty. Drawers in bedrooms had food, junk, and clothing from previous renters along with trash under bed. Toilet kept running. Hair was all over shower and bathroom walls had nasty stuff along with severe rust and paper coming loose. Unit should not have been rented out as new and updated until everything had truly been as advertised.
