House Rules:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking of any kind in the unit, on balconies, or in resort common areas.
No pets allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for unauthorized pets.
No parties or events, including bachelor/bachelorette gatherings.
One parking pass is provided per reservation.
No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles allowed on property.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Over-occupancy may result in a $200 per person, per night fee and immediate removal.
Daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests may use in-unit laundry facilities where available. Extra linens and towels can be provided for a surcharge.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required to finalize your reservation.
