Balcony had a sea view, but only from the mezzanine level - between the first or ground floor and the floor above which was not open to the lobby. Adjoining room could have been a problem because connecting door was not soundproofed. Staff friendly. Note: residents have to wear a wristband throughout stay

We had a leak in the room coming from the floor above and the staff said it was because of the heavy rain and winds and that this was normal in the rooms, but our room was almost completely flooded and this did not seem normal to anyone.

I liked how close it was to the ocean. What I didn’t like was that the same night my family and I arrived there was a “concert” happening. It was so difficult to exit the parking lot without someone running across the street.

Location was excellent, right next to beach and we got ocean view room with balcony, the room service was alright, they don’t refill the coffee ( in room machine) and the creamers or the soaps, when asked they did refill the soap and shampoo and coffee ground packets but said no to creamer packets…..which was odd …..but over all satisfied and would recommend …..the room also has small kitchenette and they provided the plates and bowls .

The lady with the long white hair is extremely rude and talked to us like we were kids. Mind you, we came in as a group of family. We lost our wristbands which is understandably on us, we asked if we could purchase new ones. She goes “you guys lost them already?” She didn’t even check us in & responded with that comment? She asked us how we lost it, we explained it fell out of the ocean which again is on us and she responded “well then you shouldn’t have put it there”. Like I said it is our fault for losing the wristbands but if we talked to someone who is a staff with respect and kindness, simply asking a question and you returned with passive aggressiveness and giving an attitude is wild. Just because certain customers are younger than you does not mean you have the authority to talk down to someone, we had the money for the hotel, the kindness and the respect. But the guy in the wheelchair that was securing the hotel was nice! Shoutout to you! Thank you for being nice.

Love the location of the hotel. Close to everything. A lot of restaurant options. We loved pool and lazy river. Our room was clean. The one thing we did not like was smell of cigarette and weed, it was very strong especially at night. But other then that, everything was great.
