Not Pleased
Unfortunately, my stay was not significant due to the cleanliness of the condo. My daughter and I came to participate in a dance competition she was in and didn't have much time to express concerns so I cleaned some of the filth myself. There were dead roaches in some of the kitchenware, alive roaches in the room, hair in the tub, dust and old residue on the soap dish areas of the shower, the walls were dirty, the furniture was dated and looked dirty, the bathroom wall had some type of substance on it that resembles throw-up that I disinfected and cleaned. All this to say I expressed my concerns with the cleaning when it was time to go and after our busy competition schedule to get a response that I can't get a refund for the cleaning fee because I didn't say anything from the beginning. Seeing I had to clean, and was told to wash the dishes by them before I left to avoid another charge. I thought it would be only right to give at least a portion or the whole amount just for good measure in your customer service, but of course not. So for me, it was not worth it. American Capitalism!
