Summary:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent our properties.
The Caravelle Resort is located in the "Golden Mile" area of Myrtle Beach, where you can enjoy looking at the million dollar homes, the palm tree lined streets and of course the beautiful ocean. You are further north from the main attractions in Myrtle Beach, such as the boardwalk, SkyWheel and Convention Center, but you can easily reach those attractions within minutes.

The Space:
Come to the beach and enjoy this beautifully decorated unit with ocean views that will take your breath away! Wake up and drink your morning coffee (Has a keurig coffee maker, pods not provided) on your private balcony while enjoying the ocean breeze. The unit also has a Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall to fit more friends/family for your vacation if you choose. Please note, this unit does have a camera on the balcony for safety and to guarantee that guests do not smoke anything on the balcony.

This resort has an onsite restaurant, gift shop, ice cream parlor, gym, laundry, 7th floor has a sun deck, hot tub, 2 lazy rivers, and kids splash area.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the outdoor pool and bar area in addition to various amenities that Caravelle Resort offers like the gym, laundry (coin operated), game room, etc. However the ocean is still the number one draw
The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)
Smoking is prohibited in the unit and the porch/balcony. Smoking in the rooms and/or balcony will result in a fine of $250.00 USD. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Any damage from the ashes to the outdoor furniture will be charged to the guest.

The Neighborhood:
The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, and River City Cafe for a burger.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
Please note, this unit does have a camera on the balcony for safety and to guarantee that guests do not smoke anything on the balcony.
This unit has two double sized beds and a Murphy bed.
Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Interaction with Guests:
Hosts are located in Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. Due to the keyless entry we will likely not meet our guests unless needed.
