The property is old and outdated. It was clean and the owner was very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t purchase the facilities coffee or food because we rented directly from the owner so that was a bummer. The view was incredible and it’s right on the beach. Can’t beat the location directly on the beach.

Communication 10 out of 10 The property 8 out of 10 But that’s not on her it’s the building, condo was clean and smell good no dust behind bed. Full refrigerator. The only issue was the door not closing correctly but that’s not on her it’s the property. I will be renting from her again
