We look forward to having you as our guest!

    Warmest Regards,
    Tom, Jan & William Sumerel

One of the nicest condos I’ve ever stayed in, you can tell these owners are there often to ensure everything stays in excellent condition. Very well stocked kitchen, could not have asked for anything more. Seawatch has incredible pools all heated and the amenities are top notch. The owners shower is SO FANCY. We will absolutely be coming back next year. Many thanks!

Mimi’s Place was phenomenal!! Everything was spotless, condo completely equipped with anything you’d possibly need and more. The hosts responded to any questions quickly. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view was absolutely beautiful!! Directly on the beach and a wrap around balcony that lights up at night. Our future trips to Myrtle Beach will depend on the availability of Mimi’s Place because that is the only place we will get in the future. 100% above satisfactory.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is a lovely rental in an awesome location. The tall balcony chairs were our favorite part of the rental. The view was unbeatable. The rental was clean, plenty of sleeping and eating space for my family of 6. We would definitely stay here again.
