• Pool hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• One parking pass is provided. Parking is available in front of the building or in the parking garage diagonally across the street. No street parking.
• Resort amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river with tubes, sitting areas, and direct beach access.
• Streaming apps are available on the Smart TVs; guests must use their own accounts and log out before departure.
• Wi-Fi is provided through the building/HOA.
• Resort amenities and common areas are shared with other guests and residents.

HOUSE RULES:
• We love pets, but they’re not allowed here. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
• No parties or events. Violations may incur a $500 additional cleaning fee.
• Please respect max occupancy. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Excessive noise may incur HOA fines of $50+
• No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Violations incur a $500 fine.

A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided, including toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap to help you settle in. If these items are depleted during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their visit.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1000 refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
