Excellent ocean view family stay

Amazing condo spacious for our family, amazing ocean views. Condo with three bedrooms, two had large ensuites plus an additional bathroom, all with showers. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed the closet with kids games, puzzles and sand toys. Check in was easy, condo and grounds well kept and felt very safe. We enjoyed the heated pools, other pools were closed for the season, so we were lucky to have heated pool at this location. Wonderful sandy beach. Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. Ten out of ten stay would enjoy returning.

Excellent property

The unit was clean, the bath towels were good quality, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t available. As of this date, there are boogie boards and beach towels in the unit that will save you from needing to pack them. The only thing I could think of as an improvement, and its tiny, was the dish towel was worn and had a hole in it.

Beautifully Appointed Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. The unit was in excellent condition. Only one issue of note. The washing machine was not working. Kingston staff made accommodations to get us access to another washing machine. It was a little inconvenient but it worked out. Was not planning on lugging laundry to another floor. Otherwise than the washing machine being broken, we had a wonderful time in the beautiful unit.

Perfect Unit at Kingston with Splashpark Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this condo and will use it again next. Super clean, super spacious and in the quiet Margate tower which we like.. it also includes Access to the splashpark which can be hard to find unless renting direct with Kingston. Beds are comfy and love having the beach entry into the condo. Only thing I would change is the size of the TVs in the 2 non primary bedrooms.

Now what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is clean and beautiful has amazing view of the water we had for little kids with us and the refrigerator did not start getting our food cold for two days. Not sure why it’s not turned down low when someone’s going to check in so that was kind of a bummer, then the washer went out once the maintenance man came and fixed it then the next load it completely overflowed went all over the kitchen floor. We had to use towels to clean everything up first thing owners told us or manager not sure which that we would have to go all the way to Embassy suites to do our laundry and they wouldn’t do it for us that we would have to do it. Stay there and wait on yet , then they finally said that we could use a unit that was up from the unit we were staying in so we did that as we needed to use the washer after using all of our beach towels to clean up all the water all over the floor in the kitchen . Kingston plantation as a whole is just OK it’s not what we thought it was going to be . check-in was a little difficult. Also, I was told I was going to be giving a code but they didn’t tell us that the laundry room door is the door you come to first that you need a code for the main door. You need a key for you get that key once you get in the laundry room door after calling finally getting someone on the phone we were told that our email didn’t come to us with the code until right before check-in. If it had been late at night this would’ve been very confusing. You don’t check in at your condo. You have to check in at Embassy suites, which is at the entrance of Kingston plantation then your condo is on down to the end section. Don’t think we would stay there again. When washers go down and things like that you need to have a plan in place. If you have to go buy a brand new one and bring it in that day and have it put in our used to manage Rentals 19 of them and when something went out if it cannot be fixed, a new

Perfect Family Friendly Unit

Broke washer

The washer would not drain so I took a video and sent to the owner, who did end up responding the next day. Maintenance on site was unable to assist due to the unit being owned and not rented. Ended up having to wring out wet towels in the wash tub next to the sink by hand. Still gave a 5 star review because other than that 1 issue our stay was excellent. Would come back and visit again.
